Don’t be fooled by ordering their burgers as a meal! Burger sizes are very small like 2-3 burgers together can a size of one regular burger! Absolutely terrible! Burger was cold as well. Around £15 pounds 1 tiny burger with a drink and a small portion fries! After finishing the meal I felt I just finished a starter! I am still hungry though I am not a big eater. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The best chicken burger I've ever tasted. Beautifully grilled and seasoned, on a lovely and large brioche bun. Perfectly seasoned. The fries were a fantastic size, perfectly seasoned, and amazing crispiness. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and cleanliness was good. The best thing though it's properly monitored HMC! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fries, Grilled Chicken Burger, Flame Grilled Dietary restrictions: HMC

I’ve visited Chilli Flames Nottingham several times as I live nearby and often get takeaway meals, but unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The staff are not very helpful and seem uninterested in providing good customer service. They advertise NHS and student discounts, but in reality none of the meals qualify for any discount, which feels misleading. On top of that, the food quality is poor. The full chicken I ordered was overcooked, dry, and had an unpleasant smell – even after giving it a few tries on different visits, the quality never improved. With so many other options in the area, I can’t recommend this place. Maryland Chicken just across the road always serves fresh food and offers much better service. Overall, Chilli Flames Nottingham has poor service, disappointing food, and misleading promotions. Hi there, sorry to hear that, at any of your visits did you try and approach the staff and ask that you have a problem with your order? Im sure if you had asked we may have been able to re cook the item for you if it wasnt to your satisfaction. All the items on menu on the counter are available for discount to NHS and students. All the offers on the windows advertised are already discounted, we are unable to offer more discount on discounted offers, this is not misleading. None of the staff have been notified based on your review and asked if you can approach and give feedback if anything was incorrect. We can not comment on Marylands food, but all our food is fresh cooked on a hourly basis and is healthy and grilled its not fried chicken.
