Hi Emma, Firstly, we apologise that this situation occurred. We would of course not have made this mistake on purpose, the delay in replying was simply so we could investigate from our side. We have not intentionally held back a refund or anything like that. We are a reputable small business that quite clearly made a human error on the night. I have spoken with the staff to find out who remembers this and to their knowledge they made the mistake, rectified it and put a refund through. If this hasn’t happened then we apologise and would of course want to rectify immediately, but we need chance to do this. For you to put a damaging review online about something that we could quite easily and happily solve first seems a little unfair. If you would like to send over the details of the transactions with screenshots we will of course sort this for you. I assure you we would never want to mistreat any customers of ours and really don’t need bad reviews or angry emails to solve - it we would happily solve this with just one email with the details to ensure we can. So please send over the transactions and we will get this sorted immediately Thank you
