I’m not sure why, maybe they don’t have it in stock, but with home delivery they NEVER send sauce with breakfast rolls even if specifically requested in the Notes on Uber. £4.80 for a dry breakfast roll is pushing it, so I’d give ordering delivery here a miss in future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I asked for a large Chi Latte and went to the WC to freshen up after my journey from Liverpool. The waitress had given me a takeaway cardboard container. I requested a cup as I was having it in the cafe. Her response was (without any eye contact), "I've already done it" ... Not, of course I'll change it. Very poor service. I won't use Costa at Wolverhampton Station again. Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was served this morning at around 8.40 - service was polite and prompt and the cafe was clean and tidy, and my coffee was ok. Unfortunately though, the almond croissant I bought was stale, which I only realised later in the morning consuming it at work. This is a worrying indication of quality control in the cafe - for the prices Costa charge now for their food and drink, and generally in an rising cost of living climate where going out for a Costa coffee and pastry is becoming more of a luxury, the goods need to be of high quality to match, and something as simple as replacing pastries that have been there for a while is a basic method of quality control that really should have been met, for the full price I paid. Sadly this fell really short of my expectations and I wouldn’t be inclined to return for food again - I hope they sort this out for the future. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10
