I visited Costa Coffee and ordered an espresso, but I was given tea instead. On another visit, I ordered a black Americano, but I was served a latte instead. There seems to be a consistent issue with order accuracy at this branch. A fair-skinned short-haired girl was serving at the time. While the service was quick, more attention needs to be paid to ensure customers receive the correct orders, as mistakes like these lead to a poor experience and wasted money. I am a regular Costa customer and usually buy coffee from another branch in Nex, where the staff are always professional, friendly, and welcoming. In comparison, this branch does not meet the same standard of service. Food: 1
