Kristy Kreams is what you’d expect really. The one good thing is the donuts at this particular branch are fresh & not often stale. But the staff aren’t the most attentive, and overall it’s nothing to shout about. Just okay. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I totally get that in downtimes there is not much to do, but not paying attention to the customer because the staff are so engrossed on their phones is a joke! Management need to do a mystery shop and get actual staff who want to make a difference or atleast provide a valid service to the exchange of monies received. Get off your phones, and wash your hands before you give me my product! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Helpful staff. 'Too good to go bags' available and you get 100 loyalty points which = a free donut. Tables available for a sit down. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Most if not all products are vegetarian. Some vegan options too I believe.
