This review is an outright lie. The only truth about this review is you carrying out the threat to leave bad review if we didnt comply with your unacceptable requests! The customer requested a refund through Uber Eats, and then later over the phone falsely claimed they didn’t receive ice cream and then later denied receiving the entire order! They repeated the same lies with the second order, claiming it never arrived. We spoke to four different people during this process, all giving conflicting stories — this is not confusion, it is pure dishonesty. Our menu clearly states that cookie dough does not include ice cream unless added as an extra £1 which you wasn't willing to pay but there is no excuse for this level of lying. At no point did anyone here use abusive language. We simply stated the facts and exposed your false claims. Lying, making false refund requests is stealing from a.small business and spreading untrue stories to attack a small business is shameless and immoral which you have clearly demonstrated. Attempts to manipulate the truth and tarnish our business for personal gain are unacceptable and reveal a complete lack of integrity or decency. Small businesses don’t deserve this kind of deliberate deceit, and we will continue to call it out. You have clearly shown you have no morals and yet your giving others "moral of the story", quite hypocritical! We dont need dishonest customers. We have been running very well for many years with loyal customers who have integrity. We just feel sorry for the next shop you will lie and steal from!
