As a long-time customer of Domino’s Purley, I am extremely disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visits. I personally observed pizza screens being left on the floor, with both delivery drivers and in-store staff stepping on them before they were picked up and immediately reused to prepare fresh pizzas. Dough was placed directly onto these screens after they had been on the floor, which I found completely unacceptable from a food hygiene perspective. I also witnessed a member of management, who I believe was named Om Kumar, placing pieces of chicken that had fallen onto the floor back into a box and serving it to a customer. This was extremely concerning to see. The level of hygiene and food handling that I witnessed was shocking and far below what customers should expect. As someone who has supported this store for a long time, I have lost all confidence in its standards. These concerns need to be taken seriously. In my opinion, the store requires stronger management and significantly improved hygiene practices to restore customer trust. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered from here god knows how many times but don’t think I will again actually a bit of I think it’s a bone in the pizza which I almost broke my tooth on and the cookies don’t even look like they’ve been cooked Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They are the worst I came with my 4 children and a friend of theirs and they didn't want to take the order of 4 large pizzas because they were very busy I was close and it was easier personal since I was there and no matter how hard I tried they didn't answer the worst 10/05/2026. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
