Had such a lovely time at Pizza Express — the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, the food was delicious as always, and the whole visit just felt really easy and enjoyable. But the real highlight was our server Divya. She was warm, attentive and brilliant from start to finish — checking in at the right moments, full of great energy, and just genuinely lovely to be served by. A big thank you to Divya for the fantastic service today. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept an eye on our table throughout the meal, and was always happy to help. Her cheerful attitude and excellent customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to be served by someone who is so welcoming and dedicated to making guests feel looked after. We really appreciated her efforts and hope to be served by her again in the future. We had a wonderful experience at PizzaExpress, made exceptional by two members of staff who are a real credit to the organisation. Mimi, the manager, was outstanding — professional, warm, attentive, and clearly in command of her restaurant. She set the tone from the moment we arrived and made us feel genuinely welcome. Max, our waiter, was equally terrific: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Service was seamless, relaxed, and delivered with a smile throughout. Together, Mimi and Max turned a simple meal into a genuinely enjoyable experience. They are absolute assets to PizzaExpress and exemplify what great hospitality should look like.
