Utterly tasteless chicken teriyaki - not sure what took the place of teriyaki but the supposed sauce had zero flavour. Will be skipping Edo at this location. Yuck.

I’ve always loved Edo Japan, their chicken beef rice bowl is my go-to order every time. The place is clean and although it’s on the smaller side, it can still accommodate a decent number of people. It also wasn’t crowded when I arrived, so I had no trouble finding a seat. They seemed pretty busy with online orders, so it took a bit of time before I could place my order and get acknowledged, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, an okay spot if you’re craving Edo! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I had a very disappointing experience at Edo Japan. The food was okay, but the customer service completely ruined it. The employees were rude and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, and when I asked a simple question about the menu, the response felt impatient and dismissive. I understand that it can get busy, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. Good service is just as important as good food. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
