After placing a Uber eats order I received my food. My sub dog was missing the dog. Tried calling only to say I didnt order from there. Receipt says otherwise. Filled out the complaint on Uber eats to only recieve a 5.00 credit on a 18.00 order. They hung up on me repeatedly when calling. Food: 1 Service: 1

As they made my sub, I asked foot a bit more chicken as there was still empty bun. They did oblige me, but the young East Asian man behind the counter told me they had already given me more than was mandated by the corporation. To keep it friendly, I joked that at least the workers know how to take care of their customers with customer service. The man retorted that he felt that THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE SERVING THEM!’ I challenged him on his perspective and he kept pushing his opinion. I had to tell him to stop talking or we would leave without completing our purchase. I will NEVER go to this location again. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Prabhjot, who was incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient. She made my sandwich perfectly with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and Prabhjot truly made my visit memorable! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
