What an amazing place. Went here with my friends in the morning, we were the first ones in and oh was it an experience. Selection is so nice, I had one of their lamb breakfasts with bread, it was such a nice base and the taste was incredible. My friends got the eggs beni, and that was done so well. The hollandaise sauce was done nicely. Solid 9/10 breakfast place, would definitely come here again. Had an amazing experience at Eggstatic Hamilton, thanks to Ayna! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely accommodating — the kind of service that instantly makes you feel welcome. She paid attention to the little details and made sure everything was just right. On top of that, the food was absolutely on point — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done.
