The guy( Ali ) working was super friendly and polite! Our food was fantastic! My boyfriend’s first time and will definitely be back! I am here to share my experience. Many times I pickup food delivery from this shawarma place in waterdown mostly day time owner behavior polite . The evening girl work here seems nice behavior. But very bad experience with the slim guy who work here night shift very rude person no respect for delivery driver . First he was very lazy to finding the order after that when put bag on counter I nicely asked that's it or something else with it. He show up mad staring at me about to argue looks mentally upset hee needs some patience and customer service training. This is not canadian standard.
