I finally made it to the restaurant, they had a burrito lunchtime deal £5 (no longer available) and had vegan options clearly labelled and the man serving me was polite and friendly and explained the food and sauces as I hadn’t been in before. They even have vegan cheese included and vg mayo as seen in the short video clip, they also do the most delicious guac worth the extra 80p for it I personally love flavours and fresh food and it all smelt really good in the restaurant, you could tell it was cooked there and authentic recipes the owners are from Ecuador . The burrito was really full and a struggle to wrap it all up tbh but it was sucessful. I took it away with me and then had it outside on a bench outside later on that afternoon. I couldn’t wait till dinner time The foil had split a bit, but it was ok nothing had leaked out! Even cold it was still tasty and the thing that struck me apart from how the delicious it was, was the plaintain it was quite thinly sliced but had an almost fibrous texture like a chicken substitute or tofu thats been pressed and frozen. I haven’t really eaten plaintain much and mainly seen it in African and Caribbean food which is usually way too hot for me!! ️ but this wasn’t spicy and you can choose the sauces you add on at the end if you do like it hot! It was the BEST burrito I have ever had in the UK. You NEED to go here and checkout their food. I was excited to go back and try more authentic Latinx food out as they do plenty of delicious vegan, vegetarian, GF and non-vegan options too! We had lovely early bird dinner, our server, Emma, was very friendly and efficient. The food was tasty and well priced. Exactly what we wanted. Thanks El Toro, Rob and Nikki
