Was in Leeds for a couple of days so treated myself to a visit. Just had regular fish and chips at lunchtime and it was freshly cooked, plentiful and delicious. Couldn't finish it all at once so offered a bag to take it away. Owners were friendly and provided great service. Would definitely recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fish & Chips Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian so didn't look for this option Dietary restrictions: Not sure I didn't have to consider this.

Popped into Fish Out in Leeds and honestly couldn't fault it. The fish and chips were absolutely spot on – fresh fish, crispy batter, and proper tasty chips. Everything was cooked fresh to order and you could really taste the difference. It wasn't greasy, just full of flavour, and you could tell a lot of care goes into the food. What really stood out though was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to suggest different options from the menu. It's rare to find a place where both the food and the service are this good. I've had fish and chips from plenty of places over the years, but this is definitely the best I've had in Leeds. Great food, great staff, and a lovely atmosphere. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.
