We do apologise that parts of our setting and decor caused any discomfort to you during your visit. The interior of our inn is designed to reflect the heritage and historic pastimes of Cheshire's rural community, however it would never be our intention to unsettle visitors and we take this on board. Regarding our tip jar policy, this is detailed across our menus and it is an entirely discretionary charge that we can remove with no questions asked on guest request.
