Burgers are ok. The other locations are better. Customer service is not existent. Asked for fries with my burger and they would not make extra. Said it would take too long to make and that uber eats was priority. The peanuts are also listed as roasted and salted, they are not salted and they taste raw. I’m a big fan of the brand but this location is very poorly run. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great food. Service is good, but can be improved. Atmosphere offers some novelty whilst waiting (the peanuts ). I've been here a few times to get my burger fix. Very tasty food. You can get so many different types of toppings. The burger patty is phenomenal. We got asked how many patties we wanted but have no idea how many each burger comes with, so it felt like a question we could not answer - prior to ordering the food. The milkshakes are good and you can mix and match flavours which offers nice flexibility. Twice now we have ordered, paid and waited for our meal, only to find that the milkshakes were forgotten both times, so we needed to alert them to make them. This may be a gap in their ordering workflow. I noticed that they had to refill the milk as well which increased waiting times. We dined in their outdoor patio once which was fine. The interior offers a small burger joint feel with historical news on the wall, and where their potatoes came from that day - a nice touch. I enjoyed the music the play there, no swearing or rap, but soft rock to match the atmosphere and family friendliness. I wish they had an arcade game to use whilst waiting. I noticed that some people take free drinks from the soda dispenser (whether with their own water bottles or refilling). That doesn't feel right, unless there was a sign which said so which I missed. I'll be back for more burgers. Staff seem to be busy and working as a team with smiles on. Makes me feel like they actually want to be there rather than waiting for shift to end. Update: Simple Food Done Well, with Care Behind It This was a very solid Five Guys experience. The burger was tasty, well put together, and exactly what you hope for—good quality, generous portions, and lots of options to customize. The milkshakes were excellent, easily a highlight, and the free peanuts are always a fun and welcoming touch. The space is spacious and relaxed, the service was very friendly, and you can tell the team works hard to keep the place tidy and running smoothly, even when things get busy. A word of encouragement:. I really want to commend the cooks and kitchen team—you can taste the care and consistency in the food. That kind of reliability reflects good leadership and management, creating an environment where people take ownership of their work. Keep going—it shows. “Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.” — Colossians 3:23 Overall, Five Guys Burgers and Fries delivers exactly what it promises—simple food done well, with good service and a positive team culture. A dependable 5-star experience. First Review: Great burgers! The best? It probably is! Great service and many choices. There many places to park your car at this location.
