Utterly disappointed Drove 30KM from Airdrie to get good burgers as we previously had good experience at different location. But things changed pretty soon. Ordered 2 combos/meals and got 2 free kids burgers and were excited as a family dinner to have something good. The double stack burger came out good, no complains but to my utter surprise, The other 3 burgers, coming from the same exact kitchen at the same time, including their most expensive option Bacon stack burger which my wife ordered with excitement was utter awful and dry!! Plus they charged $5 for preprocessed word smelling Sweet potato fries!. When complained and showed the same to the staff she redirected to kitchen and said cook will come and meet to discuss the experience. 15-20 mins passed and no one came, and we were waiting "without eating" so that we could explain the difference. The same front desk lady came after that and said she has conveyed to kitchen and unfortunately there is no supervisor here so all she can say is sorry and walk away. This is the most unprofessional management and no wonder why their locations are closing down everywhere. Spent $45 (plus gas for 60 km) which could have been spent much better if I would have stayed in Airdrie with MUCH better options like Fatburger, Ribeye, or even A&W without keeping expectations from this business. NOT RECOMMENDED at all!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Very unimpressed! Ordered burger and truffle tots. The bag was dripping with fry oil. The tots were inedible as they looked like they were thrown in the bag right from the fryer. Everything in the bag was covered in oil as well as my front steps. Was my first time ordering here, and will NEVER be back
