Worse customer service ever, just got pizza slice right now I though it’s warm but she handed me over just like that didn’t ask me anything how I would like to have it, as soon as I went to car and started eating it, it was too cold to eat, had to throw it in garbage, treat people how would you want yourself to be treated.

I want to say I ship there all the time. Store I like. Manager not so. Took a real bad fall. Cellophane laying on the floor and with the floor shinning I did not see it and flew down the isle. My neck was hurt and had a real bad headache.first think he said I don't know how it got on the floor. We don't have that in our store. This happened in the frozen department.. no name taken no info. No offer in helping to replace that fell out the basket. I was so sorry usually walk there but thankful I had a ride. The worst part I live with crps and tried to explain what his fall would mean to me. Yes now both legs. Yes called head office and the owner did call once head office told them he was big enough to amit what he did wrong but no follow on how I am doing. Been told I should sue because I know have it in both legs and had headache for 3:days. For a person who shops there all the time the could give a gift card as a sorry. Nothing. Costin me more meds now and days I need crutches
