Out of this world. Fantastic. You need to go. Food is excellent. Price seems expensive but and a big BUT... you are getting Michelin starred quality prepared food and service for gastro pub price's. Thats freshly prepared food not boiling in the bag tripe. I never expected what I got from such an unassuming looking, local pub. From the brilliant local buzz in the bar and lounge to the quiet tranquility of the restaurant (with the exception of the chefs cry's of "SERVICE"). Staff were wonderful and friendly. This place deserves the ratings hands down no arguments. Dont believe me just go and spoil your partner you won't be disappointed. Note menu may differ from image. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went here on 29th February after seeing reviews and was not disappointed. Thursdays are world set menu's and this months offering was French. Starter I choose crab, my partner had French Onion soup, both very nice. Mains Sea bass and Duck, again lovely. Has a touch of fine dining, but reasonably priced. Atmosphere was good, nice to see a local restaurant full on a Thursdays evening. Big complements to the staff. From the bar staff in pub to service staff. All very friendly and genuinely wanting to ensure you were catered for and enjoying your meal. Thanks Sarah our waitress. Also nice to see Omar, the chef taking time to pass through the restaurant saying hello to guests Overall a very pleasant experience. Will be back. Honestly not many reviews I say wow but.. Wow the food here is amazing. The flavours in everything the presentation and overall experience was great. Had beef roast which I used a butter knife to cut and my grandad had the cod fillet. Desert... 1x Dubai 1x vanilla creamaux Again the taste and presentation was amazing.
