I spend like $200 per week there for lunch and out of nowhere the owner say I have to start paying an extra $1 to substitute rice for quinoa. She then started to yell at her employee for not charging me before. I wont support a business who treat their customers and employees poorly. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good, but service was slow due to only one person working. It is hard to blame the staff as they were clearly trying, but a place like this should realistically have at least two people on shift to keep things running more smoothly. The chicken was sliced too thick and would have been better diced for easier eating. The avocado portion also felt a bit limited. The music may have been a little too loud as well. Overall, the experience was decent, but improvements in staffing, portion consistency, and small operational details would make a noticeable difference in the overall quality of service and dining experience. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Will never order from here again. I’m a long time Freshii customer and I’ve never been so disappointed. My past few orders I’ve noticed the quality and quantity have both been lacking but this was the last straw. I ordered the Buddha satay bowl for my daughter’s birthday dinner as that’s all she wanted and the noodles weren’t cooked at all. I paid extra for literally 1/8 of a slice of avocado and 3 chunks of tofu. Not to mention there was hardly any sauce (which was watery). The whole family got the same meal and all had the same issue. My order was delivered so I called the establishment and no answer. Dint waste your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery Price per person: $10–20
