We were very disappointed with our experience. The chicken and sweet corn soup had such a strong, unpleasant smell that we couldn't even eat a single spoonful. The main dish was extremely small in portion and completely tasteless. On a positive note, the decor was nice and the staff were friendly, but considering the poor food quality, the prices were way too high. Definitely would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: £40–50

Honestly blew us away. We were looking for any old restaurant for a quick meal and stumbled across the Good Earth. I've not seen such excellent customer service from ALL the staff at a restaurant before. The way they serve you with such friendliness and speed was amazing. At one point, someone dropped a glass and broke it, and it was incredible to see how quickly everyone sprung into action and fixed the problem immediately. Truly seems like a great work environment where all the staff care truly about the results they produce. And not to mention how tasty the food was. Would give 6 stars if I could!!
