The best decision I’ve made while sober Booked the Hunts Cider Tour on a whim — left wondering if I could add “professional taster” to my CV. Our guide Steve is basically the David Attenborough of cider: passionate, knowledgeable, and very possibly powered by a 6% ABV bloodstream. The tour itself was fascinating, though let’s be honest — we were all counting down to the drinking bit. And wow. Each glass was so good I briefly considered proposing marriage to a pint. By the end, my tasting notes had devolved from “delightfully crisp with floral notes” to “YES. MORE. NOW.” If you like cider, go. If you don’t like cider, go — Steve will fix that. Just maybe don’t schedule anything important afterwards, unless it involves a nap and some chips.

From start to finish Steve gave a brilliant tour. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the Cider with lots of history and explanations. The tastings were generous and each cider was delicious. Pricing was good for merchandise and cider itself Highly reccomend

The 3 of us learnt a lot about cider making on the interesting tour on Wednesday 4 August and thoroughly enjoyed sampling the wide variety of flavours offered at Hunts tasting barn/bar. Christine and Steve entertained us excellently. Thank you! We'll certainly be looking out for Hunt's cider from now on - especially The Wobbler
