If I could rate this a zero I would. I came in for an early dinner/late lunch and the place was incredibly quiet which means that this mistake cannot be put to an overwhelming working environment. There was one person in front of me and one person behind me. When I made it up to the food counter I asked for PLANTballs, I was then served MEATballs. The server was clearly distracted and not in the mood to listen. I paid and the attitude of the cashier was off putting. When I sat down I ate half of the meatball before realising that it was, in fact, real meat. My friend who was with me confirmed this for me and so I went to request they change it. When I approached the food counter again I wasn’t offered an apology or anything. The lady that fixed the issue was not the same lady who originally served me and she was lovely however the woman who served me the meat was incredibly rude. We then watched as another worker poked the meatballs with a thermometer only to then poke the plantballs with the same thermometer. Will not be back. Also it’s overpriced now. Well all I can say is this is the first time being here and will be the last. Husband had sausages on a roll he got handed 2 sausages on a plate and she pointed to where the rolls were now they are covered with a bit clingfilm so the rolls are stale more or less because I doubt the clingfilm is ever put back on it properly. Now getting a cup of tea omg I take it the machines are new everyone was finding it hard to work them cup under pick hot water scan your receipt or something like that and wait and keep waiting untill it decides to work it was quite entertaining to watch . Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
