We came last night for bottomless brunch. We advised of a dietary requirement on booking when preordering food, we also advised of the same dietary requirement when we arrived. The food came and none of it was actually edible. On asking absolutely nobody was aware or had any sort of knowledge on allergies or dietary requirements, the plates were simply just thrown down - it was an absolutely horrendous experience. I 100% would NOT recommend eating anything that comes from the kitchen if you have any allergy or dietary requirement. The drinks were fine but they arrive at snails pace. There was one member of staff who was lovely, the remainder had absolutely no idea what they were doing - taking drinks to the wrong tables/not ordering the drinks correctly. They literally looked at us as if we had no heads when we asked for a glass of water!! Do not recommend bottomless brunch here at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to the 90’s night expecting a fun throwback, but it was an absolute mess from start to finish. The venue was way overcrowded, to the point where you could barely move, and the queues were ridiculous — 45 minutes to get served. Any excitement about the music was completely killed by the chaos. The staff were rude and unhelpful, acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than people who paid to be there. The bar was especially bad — slow service, disorganised, and then to top it off, we were overcharged for drinks. When questioned the bar manager wrote customer being a ‘Karen’ on the till refund, Instead of calmly fixing the mistake, she was condescending, defensive, and acted like we were the problem. The attitude was unreal. Overall, terrible organisation, awful customer service, and a stressful night that was nothing like the fun 90’s event it was advertised to be. Definitely won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Lisa, I’m really sorry to hear your night went this way, especially for a themed event you were looking forward to. It sounds frustrating from start to finish and I completely get why the atmosphere was lost if the venue felt overcrowded and you were waiting that long at the bar. The service you’ve described isn’t how we want anyone to be spoken to, and the comment written on the refund definitely shouldn’t have happened. I’ll be raising this with the management team so we can properly look into what went on that night, including the queues and the drink charge.
