Great selection of sake, Japanese whiskey, and even some shochu. I really enjoyed the special ginger tea as well. Place has an amazing modern Japanese ambience it does take you back to Japan ambience-wise. I got aburicious, which was very good but not exceptional - felt a bit crispy almost. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $90–100 Recommended dishes: Tuna, Sashimi Sampler, Hokkaido Salad Vegetarian options: There're quite a few

JaBistro staff was super helpful to reschedule my reservation due to my medical emergency. We enjoyed the amazingly delicious food and great services. It's our anniversary and JaBistro was very kind to prepare specially decorated dessert. Definitely going back for dinner tasting menu. This restaurant deserves a spot in Michelin Guidebook.
