This place is absolutely disgusting. Tables not cleared of food and rubbish. Mess all over the floors. I decided to pay with cash and was waiting over 15 minutes to do so. In the end had to get the staff members attention to pay! We were waiting 40 minutes for the food to come out. Extremely poor service, and food. I know these places get busy. They need to do better! Very disappointed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just bought 2 mighty buckets for one with loaded fries for £25.36. When the food came it was in little bags and when I asked where are the buckets I was told "It doesn't come in buckets only like this" When I pointed out that the menu order boards show buckets as do the photos on the other menu boards there was total disinterest and apathy. The meals were the tiniest hot wings and chicken legs that I've ever seen and in my opinion a total waste of time and money. How they advertise this paltry serving as "A Mighty Bucket" should be an offence under advertising law! To sum up, don't go to Llanelli KFC unless you want a tiny overpriced misadvertised rubbish meal. I would advise all persons to go somewhere else! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
