The girl with the glasses needs to up her customer service, not even bothering to ask for salad and to give me and my friend dirty looks, and as she forgot to add my meal deal, but the blonde teenager was chill. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give this place no starts I would have, the man serving at the counter had no hairnet on, just long hair in a tie down his back, rubbed him face/nose while wearing gloves. We saw another worker outside putting bins out, when we got inside she was already back serving, she also had a plaster on her finger that looked old but dry, she can’t have washed her hands that quickly and was touching all the outside of her gloves and again no hair net with long hair. 3 workers there not one with a hairnet. Disgusting. We did not order food and left straight after we noticed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2 ladies in subway llanelli, been in there a good few times recently, every time i go in there it makes me feel uncomfortable. What can possibly be so funny to them is it my appearance? It’s very inappropriate they always laugh at me, i asked for sweet mayo sauce and it was sweet chilli they starting laughing, not in a joking way literally making fun of me. And when i was about to pay i was taking awhile to get my card out and both were staring at me like im a fool! It’s every time and i even asked them what’s so funny they just continued, If i done this to my customers i wouldn’t have my job simple. There getting paid to laugh and judge us!!! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
