Longest wait I have ever had whilst eating in a fast food place , 33 minutes to prepare two box meals. After all that it was cold. Stop taking orders on uber eats if your management lacks the intellect to handle it. Honestly what an embarrassing performance. Last time il be here! Honestly, I don't use takeaways very often. But have visited here twice in the last 4 months. And both times it's been poor. First time my drive though order was wrong. And it took a lot of going back and fourth to rectify. This times I was asked to wait in the car park after the drive through. I sat here for 15 minutes watching others come through and drive off. I went inside. Only to find my order sitting their getting cold. The staff don't seem to care. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
