I had a very positive experience at this McDonald's. Manager James and team member Alfie provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were professional, calm, and genuinely helpful, even during a busy period. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and you could see they care about both quality and customer satisfaction. James showed great leadership and organisation, and Alfie was polite, focused, and proactive. It’s always great to see a team working smoothly under pressure. Highly recommended – this is how customer service should look. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took the payment from me. Claimed it had been declined and refused to hand over the order. So, down the cost of the meal and still hungry. Well done on displaying the most disgusting customer service I have seen in a long while - congrats Meal type: Breakfast
