Go somewhere else I’d seen some bad reviews, wished we’d not bothered taking a chance we paid £120 for 4 people plus a child for a birthday treat Staff were rude ,poor quality food and portions. Are a joke . They advertise beers they don’t even have . Too interested in money than customer service. They then let a very large party of stags in (40) Who then obviously took over the entire restaurant, other diners had to leave as you couldn’t hold a conversation because of the noise..

Terrible experienceKarma charged us for the food that we cancelled after not appearing 1:30 hours later than the ETA. When I called, I was kept me on hold on the phone for 20 minutes. Manager never call back despite multiple assurance from the staffs that this is escalated to his attention. My formal email complaint is also ignored.----We placed the order through Uber Eat last Wednesday.The ETA for the food arrival was 8 pm (which is around 30-45 minutes from time of order). But when we did not received anything as late as 830pm, I rang up the restaurant. I was informed of the driver’s delay and was assured that the food would arrive in the next 20 minutes. I called again at 9 pm and was told by the same lady that the issue was still unresolved, but she asked me to stay on the line while she went to get her supervisor to speak with me. I waited for around 20 minutes, but no one ever picked up the phone again. At that point, we were hungry and, frankly, very frustrated by the experience. It was around 2-2:30 hours from the time we placed the order. I hung up, and we decided to go out for a quick dinner. I received a call from the driver at 930pm. I explained the situation and told him that I wouldn’t be able to take the food.After that evening, I expected a call from Karma, but I've heard nothing until the receipt arrived from Uber Eats. I spoke with their supervisor but was told that this will need to be handled by the manager (Mr Raj), who was not available. I was told to expect a call the following Mon/Tue. Since I heard nothing from him, I called again, and another lady told me to expect a call in the evening. But, again, I got nothing.I am very disappointed that I have to resort to submitting a public review. While I had always enjoyed the dishes, I will never go back to them after this experience.
