rubbish.. 1.5 hours late. kebab was supposed to have green peppers and onions. that didnt happen. food feezing cold and to top it all the cucumber had a bite in it. i have contacted trading standards .. i rang 4 times only to have the phone put down on me. this pkace should not be open

Went to order 2 wraps today, and while there too busy dealing with there online orders, they managed to put my wrap on to uncooked chicken so I told them to forget my order.

Always was brilliant - now appalling. Went in, ordered a chicken doner kebab over the counter, the doner spit was nicely cooking. The freshly cooked chicken, freshly carved was put into an online order. Eventually they tried to hand over a lamb doner and chips, when told it was chicken I’d ordered he just slung the food back into the relative pots, and then served me what I thought was a kebab from a pot of cut chicken that had been in a pot for who knows how long… when I arrived home, there was a layer of greasy chips covered in cold soggy chicken and no pitta. Rang the shop, told them what they had given me, expected me to return to the shop for a replacement - not a chance. It went in the bin, and I’m never going back. Would recommend that with this new management everyone avoid too
