My local, a lovely friendly, welcoming place. Servers Jess, Emma and Aaron really make me feel welcome and safe in an environment I can relax in. Always greeted by friendly smiles and warm hearts, people i now recognise as friends. A place i would highly recommend, you will always be welcomed and accommodated by the most wonderful team ever. Ordered via Just Eat . The last time we ordered burgers from the King Henry they were very good . This time they were disgusting and I wouldn't give them to my dog . The burgers were burnt including the buns . It's amazing how you can produce a bun that is both burnt and soggy at the same time . The chicken had a bone in it and the bacon was only cooked on one side . I did try to put a complaint to just eat but their chat bot just puts it down as cold food . Which wasn't true and automatically gives a credit refund of £6.40 that i didn't ask for . The chicken burger had the smallest strip of lettuce . Where is your quality control, and how can you allow substandard food to leave your premises. Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1

Hi Carl Barlow, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. We always make sure every piece of food is probed to the correct temperature and that we do not start cooking the food until a driver is on the way. This means the food leaves pipping hot. All food is checked by management before leaving the kitchen. We only get in boneless chicken, but this piece must have missed during packaging before arriving to us. Not too bad service was ok not been in for a long while standard's have slipped a bit since we were here last the food was ok just waited a while for it and a bit on the expensive side for what we got a smile gose a long way has Jonathan moved to another one of you businesses we would all love to see him
