Food was abhorrent. Spent £27 on two gyros boxes and look at the sad limp box of hardly any meat. Had limp waffle fries. A pile of lettuce with no dressing. The world's most anemic tomatoes. Waste of money. Also the the touch screen barely worked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, though I'm really sorry it wasn't the visit we'd want for you. Our team will be carrying out extra checks on portions, seasoning and getting the fries out hot and crisp. We'll monitor the kiosks too, as that sounds frustrating.

Really concerning food hygiene and quality issue I found this piece of halloumi in my wrap today at this LEON, and I was honestly shocked when I saw it. It looked old, dried out and completely unfit to be served, rather than freshly prepared food. What concerns me most is not simply that the halloumi was poor quality, but the apparent lack of care involved in putting something like this into a customer’s food in the first place. If this was a piece of product that had been sitting around for days, it raises very serious questions about food handling, storage and stock rotation. As a customer, I have absolutely no way of knowing how long it had been there, how it had been stored, or whether it had been kept at the appropriate temperature. This is particularly worrying with a food product such as halloumi, where improper storage and handling can potentially create a food-safety risk, not just an unpleasant eating experience. It also speaks to a shocking lack of basic quality control. Surely someone preparing the wrap should have noticed the condition of this piece before putting it into a customer’s food. I’ve included photos because this really needs to be seen. LEON needs to take food hygiene and product rotation much more seriously. I would expect much better standards from a national food chain.
