One of the best and not expensive restaurant near Stevenage , Hitchin and letchworth. The food is amazing, tastes good. As well as the customer satisfaction is priority to them which I really appreciate. Amazing offers/ discount as well on delivery or collection too. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I rarely leave negative feedback—as my Google review history shows, I prefer to support local businesses—but my experience with The Lancer today was unacceptable. We order an lot and have had good experiences, but this was a total failure. First, it took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the chips were missing, and the quality was nothing like it used to be. The curries were thin and tasted watered down, and the chicken was extremely dry. To make matters worse, when I called to resolve this, the staff pretended they couldn't understand me and then went silent on the phone. Very disappointing for a regular customer. I won't be back. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You call the Restaurant and said chips missing and we sent out chips for delivery and then you called again and said curries are saucy and I said let me check your order please and I can see you ordered Chicken Tikka Massala and Chicken Korma which are saucy then you said its runny you want full refund and I said ok and will need those 2 curries back and then you refuse to give back and you put the phone down. My question is why refuse to give curries back if the quality was very bad.. We take complain very seriously and investigate.
