I ordered a paratha roti with stewed chicken and shrimp. I got a wrapped roti. When I asked because all my life paratha = buss up shot, I was met with the whole world of attitude and the most disgusting customer service. If your understanding of what a paratha is something different from the rest of the Caribbean diaspora then ask when the customer is ordering exactly what they want. If I wanted a wrap roti I would have ordered a dhalpuri! Rather I was told well that’s what you order if you don’t want it it’s going in the bin! Not even well we are sorry for the misunderstanding but for future if you order paratha this is what we give and in this instance we will change the order. Nothing but disrespect!
