Tonight my wife and I had a date night here at Liliana. The food and service were exceptional! Jeremy, our server attended to us well and gave us excellent food recommendations. The chef and owner Marvin, came by and chatted with us at the end of our meal. Standouts for my wife and I were the beef carpaccio, the spaghetti aglio e olio, and the millefoglie! We had a wonderful experience and excellent food and service. We’ll be back again! Thanks Liliana for hosting us tonight! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$20–30

Liliana is one of those rare places that actually lives up to the hype. Every dish was excellent, but the beef carpaccio, mushroom pappardelle and panna cotta were the standouts for us. The food is creative and beautifully done, but still deeply comforting and flavorful — nothing feels like it’s trying too hard. And Nick was absolutely incredible. Truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Warm, personal, completely knowledgeable, and somehow made the whole night feel like we were guests in their home rather than customers at a restaurant. Great food gets you in the door. Hospitality like that is what makes you want to come back again and again. I loved this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
