The waitress was pleasant and attentive, the food was good and plentiful, and prices were decent. The food was slow to come however it was lunch hour so that was probably why. Everyone left satisfied. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20

Thought I'd have a nice brunch/lunch with my son today & chose Loosey's out of 735 other restaurants in Saskatoon. We entered at 12:30, maybe 15-20 ppl already seated. After 15 mins of no one approaching our table, I had to go to the bar & ask for menu's; in the middle of lunch hour they're only serving breakfast, umm, okay. After 10 mins, our waitress came to our table to ask us what we wanted to drink, sorry, we're ready to order after sitting for almost 1/2 hour already. She brought us our food in about 10-15 mins, mine was lukewarm, somewhat edible but my son's was cold, strip & peameal bacon was completely overcooked, eggs inedible. I wasn't charged for my son's breakfast & the first time I did not tip. I don't know if the poor quality of food was mostly because the servers can't be bothered to notice when they have customers walk in & rush their food to them but I do know your frontline staff can make or break an establishment. Pointer: having staff that doesn't look like they just rolled out of bed is a plus. We'll NEVER be back, especially when there are so many other restaurants who value their customers & take pride in the food they serve. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $10–20

We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations.We’ve been open for five years now and have always served just our brunch menu until 1:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays but we understand it may not have been what you were hoping for when you visited. We wish you’d have mentioned your concerns about your own food so we could’ve addressed it as well and it would’ve been discounted just like your sons. We’re always happy to address issues in the moment so we can make things right and relay these messages back to our kitchen.That said, our staff did find the interaction quite difficult and the tone toward your server was not in line with the respectful environment we work hard to maintain for both our guests and our staff. We always strive to provide a positive experience, but it does need to go both ways. Based on your visit, it sounds like we’re not the right fit for you and that’s okay. We wish you the best in finding a place that better suits what you’re looking for.
