Very disappointed with the service from start to finish. You could tell that the staff had little to no experience, I ordered a cappuccino and it came out as hot milk with no coffee and the staff failed to recognise that the coffee machine was out of beans. Ordered 2 portions of donuts and one portion was very well done basically burnt while the 2nd portion was not edible couldn’t get the fork into them they were that hard. Management really need to speak with staff

Resteraunt was EMPTY at around 11:30 on Sunday. I entered with three children and wanted to purchase coffee for my self and food. The children had Morelli's ice cream so I was refused service ( I can understand you have to have policies but to loose money when you’re shops EMPTY???????) I asked again and explains I was very tired and could I please get coffee. I was told no. Please please please think about your policies as you know have a very upset local person who will not be back.
