The drive thru staff are so rude here. A girl called Nimi had no please or thank yous in her, and another girl called Leesha barely spoke to you at all, no smile, not friendly at all. Need retraining on basic manners & customer service imo, just no need. Icing on the cake is they got my order wrong, kept asking me if it was a “quarter pounder” - I don’t know how many times I repeated what I’d ordered for them, and still had to park up & wait ages for my food, when it did come they didn’t put the sauces in so had to get that abysmal really. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Final nail in the coffin for McDonalds for me. Ive worked a long day today and i thought i would go to the drive through to grab something quick as i have had nothing. 2 cars got served at one speaker while i was sat there with nothing said to me. The food is usually rubbish anyway to be honest and god knows where they get the staff at McDonalds but you can always guarantee they mess something up so today was the day i stop eating at McDonalds Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 20 minutes for 2 lattes and when they came they were too strong and only half full. Will not be going to Kingsawy McDonald's again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: £1–10
