Went there 3 different times, 3 totally different experiences. The last time will definitely be the LAST time. Had to go get the menu myself…to start. Then the food takes 43 mins to get to you, when the lady said 15minutes. The waitress’s service was beyond poor, to say the least. Ordered the fried chicken meal (comes with rice and veg), this lady comes out with jerk chicken. So we’re like, we ordered fried chicken “that’s going to be an extra 30minutes”. Uhmmmmmmmmm no ma’am! That’s not the point we didn’t get what we ordered. No remorse, no I’m sorry, this lady fully well made an executive decision to switch an order without even saying anything. She didn’t even understand the principle behind it. Had this not be an girls night to have fun, coupled with the fact we came allllll the way from Niagara this would have not gone down as simple as it did. Let’s not even talk about the attitude at the end of this ladies shift, I’m assuming. Trini, get your act together your service is beyond repair. No idea who management is but you need to train your staff. BIG UPS to the chef the food is on point. I’m assuming that’s the only reason why people keep coming back. You will NOT be seeing me again. Good luck with that establishment, good concept, great food but management….a solid ZERO.
