This was my first time here in 10 years. He looks at the place inside having changed. At least get somebody to come in. And detailed, clean and paint the place over. I understand being in that area probably not wanting to do much to the store as they do a lot of unwanted company from homeless or crazy people but, presentation is important. The lady at the front younger girl was very rude. Very cutthroat, with her words and straight to the point, what do you want? How much do you want to spend etc. Speaks to you as if you have no education. And not very polite or greeting. Waited 20 minutes for jerk chicken because the lady over looked me. The man outside on the grill, i'm very loving, very polite, very apologetic and God blessed. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

Smashing IT! By-far the best Jerk Chicken in the City! I love the way when you walk up to RAP'S they have the BBQ going and the smokey, zesty delicious smells of the chicken cooking away is there to greet you by the door. RAP's is Toronto's best kept secret and a historical gem for over 40 years now. The Jerk Chicken is properly season, the chicken is juicy, tender and fall off the bone! The Rice and Peas are exceptionally delicious as well. It will leave your mouth watery wanting more for many hours to come. The Coleslaw is fresh and crisp allowing the natural flavors of the cabbage to take centre stage. The Beef Patties! The patty is flaky and buttery while the meat is inside is soft and tender with the right amount of spices to elevated the moment! When you step inside RAP's you're not just a customer you're part of the family. Love the folks behind the counter ensuring that authentic Jamaican cuisine is being served. The owners take pride in the food they serve and they care about their customers. Nestled in the heart of Little Jamacia along Eglinton Avenue West very close to Oakwood Avenue and Eglinton Stations now known as Cedarville Station.
