Usually not too bad but last week food took nearly two hours, after chasing several times, and turned up cold. Tried to call them but phone just rang out so was left binning cold food!

I ordered a bueno and a malteaser milkshake and got given a guess at a fudge and biscoff milkshake (I honestly couldn’t tell what the product was as it was crunchy) and a caramel like substance. I also was asked that my churros would be ready in a minute scene though I didn’t order churros (it was the dude behind me). I could honestly rate this experience a 1 star due to my uncomfortable time there waiting. Last but not least I was waiting my buddy and we waited a solid 21 minutes due to slow service because we was the only dudes in there thanks moonlight kids night ruined now :/

Firstly as me and my friend walked in the place was messy chairs not tucked in, floor dirty with salt packets same on the table obviously not clean.Had to wait about 5 minutes to get served no person on the counter and the kiosk was not taking card payments no sign so a waste of time for ordering food for then to wait 5 minutes to get served at the counter.Considering the place was empty it took over 20 mins for desserts to come out. Cookie dough was vile tasted like cheap stuff and I can only describe the taste of the smell of wet dog considering it was 7 pound.Waffle seemed it was undercooked too and seemed it was on rations by the chocolate portion on the top.Overall bad experience wouldn’t recommend!!!
