Me, my girlfriend and kids have ordered from Mr choy at least once a month for about 5 years. Its never been cold it's never been late even on days where they are likely to be extremely busy. They will always bring the food up to my 3rd story flat which I appreciate while dealing with my 2 little ones. We always recommend Mr choy to our family and friends. Massive thanks the the whole team especially the chefs who consistently make the food tasty in what must be a busy environment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 5 meals for my birthday get together with friends Chicken curry, satay chicken. Beef and blackbean., spare ribs, special chopsuey and various. rices. It was delicious hot and tasty Would definitely use again. Only problem said they would email when ready. We rang after a hour after placing order. Only to be told its been ready for while in the warmer. They asked if we checked our junk mail?? Who checks their junk mail.

Overall food is good, however we have had numerous problems with this company orders showing up 1-2 hours late etc, Final straw was on 5th Feb when we ordered asking for no sea food in 2 dish’s (me and my son are both allergic to sea food) both dish’s arrived with sea food and container lids saying minus sea food!!! When we called them up they apologised and offered to refund both dish’s when I said this wasn’t acceptable they said they didn’t know what my problem was as in the past they have always delivered our food correct and on time ! Absolutely shocking we told them we would not be ordering from them again but apparently we are now banned from ordering from them again (not that we we would we would rather have chicken nuggets and chips!!!) extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Bottom line if you complain you will be banned avoid at all costs!!!!!
