Best vegan Chinese takeaway in Exeter.. Try the tofu options and red Thai curry. Chilli chips are amazing as well as the battered mushroom balls (like chicken balls) We’ve used this takeaway for a few years now. Go to Wans as better food & larger portions for the same money. The food tastes better at Wans. Threw some of the food away as not good. Definitely won't use this place again. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered on Sunday night (23.10.22) for 18:30 delivery. That came and within ten minutes of tucking into our curries, my other half found three black hairs in his chicken curry and upon closer inspection of my curry, found three of the same in mine, plus an eyelash! That put me off right away. Disgusting! We phoned the outlet rightaway, explained the situation, and was told to take photos and send them by text to Sunrise. We did this straightaway and phoned the restaurant to confirm the receipt of the photos. They said to request a refund through Just eat, which has also been claimed - but not paid because Just eat need to investigate! A refund can take 2-14 days to be processed, despite the Manager of Sunrise agreeing that we should be refunded. The telephonist was belligerent and awkward, and impossible to deal with. Never again will we use this service or order from Sunrise generally. Price per person: £10–20
