I wanted to give New York Fries a try today around 2:30 PM. Being vegan, I made sure to tell the cashier "no dairy, no cheese, full vegan." When the plate came out, it had sour cream all over it. The cashier was nice about it, but another employee came over with a terrible attitude and started rudely lecturing me, saying I should have specified my order (which I did). Her hostile behavior completely ruined the experience. I walked away and went to Pita Lite for a falafel instead, where the staff was respectful and pleasant. Don't waste your time here if you expect correct orders and basic respect. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
