I went into this Wendy’s simply to use the washroom because I was clearly in urgent need of it. The employee at the front, informed me that I had to make a purchase before using the washroom. I responded very respectfully and told her that I would happily purchase something, but asked if I could please use the washroom first. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became extremely rude and started yelling at me in front of other customers and staff which was completely unnecessary, humiliating, and incredibly unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it to me. Multiple customers and employees witnessed the entire interaction. I was shocked by how disrespectfully I was treated over such a simple situation. I would have gladly supported the business and made a purchase, but the way I was spoken to was unacceptable. I would never recommend this Wendy’s to anyone based on the customer service alone. The staff was rude, aggressive, and lacked basic respect and professionalism.

The older lady working during breakfast hours seriously needs basic customer service training. She was rude not only to customers, but especially to delivery drivers. While I was waiting for my order, a driver came in to pick up a delivery. He politely showed the order number and was handed the bag, but the staff member made a comment saying “caught on camera,” which came across as extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The driver was simply doing his job and did nothing wrong. Delivery drivers work hard just like restaurant staff do, and there is no reason to stereotype or treat them poorly. Watching that interaction left a very bad impression on me as a customer. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not go this place on the weekend. Absolute incompetence. Kept getting our orders wrong and they laughed at us when we complained. Wendy's was great 30 years ago, but not now. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
