Did not wrap shawarma properly, everything fell out. Toasted shawarma for only a few seconds which kept the naan cold and very stretchy, could barely bite into the shawarma it was way too stretchy and chewy. Also, service was terrible, the server girl didn’t say a word, never asked me the toppings I wanted, and when I made a request for more toppings she looked confused. Very weird service and very disappointed because the shawarma had the potential to be decent but was prepared terribly. Will not be returning here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi there thank you taking the time to give us your feedback. Our apologies for the wrap was not wrapped properly, our naan bread is made fresh in house through out the day for optimum freshness. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better. Thank you again.

Most UNDERWHELMING meal I have had in a while will be the first and last time here as I was visiting the town of Hamilton .... NO Flavour, No spice, No HOT Hot Sauce had to go to another location to get hot sauce as thus location was salty and gross NOT one percent hot!!! The rice needs FLAVOUR just like the chicken...makes sense why this place is EMPTY considering its a new location $17 on a meal DO BETTER! People work hard for their money, not just throw away on this garbage food had to brush my teeth to get rid on the weird residue lingering taste YUCK... will NOT RETURN I do NOT Recommend!!! Cooperate needs to do a secret shopper with this location its just AWFUL!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Love Neighbour Shawarma’s chicken and rice! I occasionally order their large with extra white sauce as seen in the picture and they load it up! It is so good! The chicken, white sauce and hot sauce are all delicious! Also the pita they include is great. Definitely recommend grabbing some shawarma here. It’s fantastic. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
