Filthy toilet! And dirty tables and sticky floors. Food has gone downhill since last visit. Katsu curry sauce was so watery, little flavour! Won’t go back. Not surprised the place was empty Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We're not from the area and used Uber Eats. They drove 20 minutes to Penarth for us - the guy explained they don't usually travel this far...however, the food was piping hot! Had to jump straight on here to write a review after eating, as they certainly deserve it. The food is insanely tasty, full of flavour and they give fantastic portion size. If anything, we're absolutely gutted we don't have a Noodle Box closer to home. We haven't tasted food this good in quite some time. Thank you again for the great service and fantastic food! Editing review from 5 to 1 star: Ordered 18:30, by 20:20 it had not arrived. Called twice, got told 20 minutes, then 3 minutes. Went outside to look, and it was just on the floor in front of my door. Didn't ring my bell or call me, they just dumped the food and ran - probably to avoid having to explain the delay. Food is nice, but not worth the stress. Obviously, it was cold. Out of the 20 orders I've placed with this restaurant, I've waited nearly 2 hours on 2 occasions. Just Eat gave me £4.50 credit for the delay - another slap in the face. I doubt the owner will respond to this review. Next time I want Noodlebox, I will be visiting in-store to ask the owner directly why I've experienced a 2-hour wait twice.
