Ordered through uber eats. Very disappointed that the duck in plum sauce was not plum sauce, tasted mimed like sweet and sour, tangy sauce. Duck was thin strips of leg meat not breast meat. Egg fried rice was standard, mixed veg was very salty. They kindly gave me prawn crackers for free, which I’m not allowed to eat Price per person: £20–30

Your food is usually good enough for us to get it delivered rather than pop out to the 5 local takeaways. The cooking is usually excellent and your delivery arrangements via Just Eat fast enough to keep the food piping hot. Strange delivery tonight. Was someone having a bad day? Or does the salt & pepper smoked chicken usually come covered in sugar? No taste of salt, pepper, smoke or chicken, just the sugar and the chilli. Not complaining about the chilli. I also ordered crab & sweetcorn soup which was loaded in salt. I like salt and over salt according to most people. So if I find it too salty nearly all your other customers will too. I did try to contact you via phone rather than raise this publicly, but your phone is forwarding to a non available number. Hope you have a better day tomorrow.

Been using the Orient Express for over 20 years. Just recieved another fantastic takeaway. Price was great, all the dishes were delicious and the staff are very courteous.
