Their burgers dethroned the long reigning champion: Five Guys. We drive an extra 20 minutes just to get the best burgers we've ever had, in any country. People are friendly, and they are a total gem for Devon. Our only negative was once when a patron sat next to our table watching youtube videos on his phone, as if we all wanted to listen to his silly videos. A sticky situation, difficult for staff to deal with, politely. That's more on him than them, but they should think of a solution (just a polite request to either use earphones or turn it down) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We waited 45 minutes then had to leave to make an appointment. We went up to the till to pay for our drinks. The first server walked away shouting "They're leaving!" Another sever came up and made excuses for the delay, then said our order is next to get started so we can wait. We explained we had to leave. She said "then go." The scene was unnecessarily dramatic. We won't return.

We have never eaten at Norma Dee's. We live in Edmonton- near WEM- and we were at Pigeon Lake for the weekend. We wanted to try somewhere new, that was located on the way home and Norma Dee's Kitchen fit that description! EXCELLENT food & coffee! My husband had the breakfast special ( a great deal at $12.50). I've never had Eggs Benny on waffles- so good! Quick & friendly service! We highly recommend checking this place out. Such an amazing small town feel- I'd move to Devon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
